The planning stages

Yesterday and today are planning days. I'm not going to fool myself into thinking I will begin any lifestyle change before the first of the year. However, the first of the year is when I will start. I am planning my diet and exercise plan.

I have decided to follow the Body for Life plan and I know it will work for many reasons. I have done it once before and it worked great. This time I will continue the 12 week cycles until I get to where ever my goal takes me. Once I get there, I will know I am there and I will then plan for staying there on to my future.

This is a very exciting journey, which my husband is also taking with me. It will be an amazing journey that will pay us many rewards, not only in our bodies and minds and spirits, but will pay us back so many times over in our entire lives. I am very excited to get started and see where this all takes us.
